Addison II is a two-story flex office building with 182,000 net rentable square feet acquired in 2009 and is located in the thriving Far North Dallas suburb of Addison, Texas. The property was purchased at well below replacement cost with strong in-place cash flow. The occupancy on the project was taken from 60% to 100% and subsequently refinanced returning all the equity remaining in the investment back to the investors. The property is currently being held for cash flow.
