In March 2022, Tova Capital acquired a 3,188 square foot retail building occupied by Citibank. The building was purchased off-market and Tova Capital completed the transaction on an all-cash basis in a timely matter. Citibank, a tenant since 1972, is paying under-market rent in a gentrifying neighborhood of Oakland, CA.
