Project Description
Over the course of 7 years, an affiliate of The Luzzatto Company, which Ron Harari served as a principal, secured rare entitlements for a development consisting of 377 apartment units and 25,000 square feet of neighborhood-serving retail. Various legal challenges were navigated and the entitled site was sold to a prominent institutional multifamily developer.
