Project Description
In December 2022, Tova acquired a property consisting of two retail buildings totaling 34,500 square feet located in Long Beach. The buildings are occupied by a seasoned brewery and rock-climbing gym on 37,000 sf of land. The property benefits from zoning which allows dense multifamily development near a rail transit stop at the intersection of Anaheim St and Long Beach Boulevard. Tova plans to hold the asset long term.
