Bayside Communities

In 2011, the Luzzatto Real Estate Value Fund I, LP, which Ron Harari serves as a principal, through Bayside Communities acquired a management company and the general partner interests in 29 affordable housing properties totaling 2,908 units located in Northern California, Washington, and Oregon. Since completing the acquisition out of bankruptcy, the Bayside platform has grown through follow-on acquisitions of properties and limited partnership interests. Bayside Communities focuses on integrating affordable housing into local communities.
