In May 2024, Tova Capital acquired a 18,564 square foot shopping center on 1.7 acres of land located at 2201 E Willow St in Signal Hill, California. The property offers shop space shadow-anchored by one of the top visited Costco stores in the nation, surrounded by several other top-performing retail destinations, including Home Depot, Food 4 Less and Best Buy. Tova purchased the center with a strong going in yield and under market rents.
